Flow Calibration Unit
The flow calibration unit allows users to adjust pump flow by altering the pump frequency, with settings stored permanently in the pump's memory. Key benefits include reduced power consumption, minimized pump noise, and increased flexibility, which accelerates system tuning. Applications include R&D for new product development and laboratory use.

Specifications and Usage
The calibration unit operates on a 12 V DC supply. The pump frequency can be adjusted between 10 (highest frequency) and 255 (lowest frequency) using UP and DOWN buttons, with settings stored in the pump's EEPROM. The unit features a mode selector for different power supply configurations: Mode 1 uses the same supply for both the pump and calibration unit, while Mode 2 allows for a separate supply for the pump.

Troubleshooting
If a "communication failure" message appears, ensure the pump is properly connected. If "Waiting for pump" is displayed, restart the calibration unit with the pump connected. For issues with Mode 2, check that the VCC and 12 VDC have a common ground and that the jumper is correctly positioned.
