Precision load cell for measuring tension and compressive forces With internal thread for force introduction With ball radius as force introduction With ball radius as force introduction Features • Solid steel housing • Encapsulated version IP65 • Easy installation with metal screws • Unit sensitivity • Specific measuring ranges available Application The load cell X-134 is suitable for force measurement in applications where high accuracies are required. The load cells can be calibrated and supplied with a recognized calibration certificate if required. The sensors are based on proven strain gauge technology and provide a linear signal, proportional to the measured force. The solid steel housing and the sealed construction (IP65) guarantee a trouble-free operation, even under harsh environmental c

Open the catalog to page 5Zero point adjustment The zero point adjustment at force sensors with a mV/V-output signal is carried out in the connected strain gauge amplifiers. For X-Sensors two options for zero point adjustment are available: For cyclical and fast load changes, there is a control input to trigger the zero point adjustment from external. For static applications, the zero point adjustment can be carried out onboard by means of DIP-switches and potentiometers. Further information concerning the zero point adjustment can be found in data sheets of the measuring amplifiers listed in the accessories....
