Cable snatch blocks especially for rear cable winches The extremely light and strong aluminium-plastic cable snatch block has been specially developed for tough use with forestry cable winches for ground traction. Cable carrier with brake The cable carrier holds the mainline up and close to the skyline so that wood can be safely transported away at the landing place. Thus the danger of the traction cable getting caught on the wood or on the gripper / processor of the excavator can be excluded. It is braced laterally from above and the automatic brake prevents running back when the traction cable pulley is under load. The spar tree saddle serves to hold up the skyline at the terminal mast. It is used on the side where the skyline is anchored only and not under tension. Compared to conventional skyline support saddles, the spar tree saddle features are the light weight and cable deflections up to 60°. The support saddle primarily serves as a skyline support over rock or concrete anchors, so that damage to the cable is prevented.

Special shakles The special shackle is assembled on the clamp of the skyline support saddle and is used for securing the raising and pulling cables and also tree slings, which are simply assembled and prepared on the ground. Cable reels Anchoring cables (guy line cable) are galvanised with a thimble or loop at one end are used for anchoring supports, cable winches, multiple tree anchors etc. These are available in different standard lengths and diameters as well as in other desired dimensions.
