The MPF-200 magnetic pole detector is available with a flat tip as a transversal or with a cylindrical as an axial variant. By simply pressing the button, the red pole is immediately indicated by a red LED and the south pole is displayed by a green LED, and depending of the polarity a positive or negative voltage signal is present at the output. In contrast to mechanical devices, which can be interfered w by magnetic influences the electronic magnetic pole MPF120 pole detector can not be magnetized. The magnetic pole detector / finder can be used for NdFeB, SmCo, AlNiCo, hard ferrites and all other magnetic materials. The smallest magnetic field possible for pole detection is ± 8mT (80Gauss) or ± 3mT (30Gauss).
