Traditional methods like the power frequency withstand voltage method can only determine vacuum degradation when it reaches 10-2-10-1 Pa. This tester uses a magnetron discharge method with a new excitation coil, allowing for non-disassembly testing and achieving sensitivity up to 10-5 Pa. It features microcomputer control for data acquisition and processing, making it highly accurate and practical for various industries.
