The CL 040 is a manually operated horizontal wrapping machine designed for universal applications, including long goods, stack packaging, tray packaging, cardboard boxes, sheet formats, and furniture. It features simple parameter input, an adjustable wrapping ring speed, and a height-adjustable work table with PVC-coated rollers. The machine ensures even film tension and high wrapping quality through a continuously adjustable braking roller. It is CE compliant and designed for risk-free operation.
Application
Products are manually pushed into the wrapping area on a roller conveyor. The operator uses a foot pedal switch to start the wrapping process. The film is fastened after the second revolution, and the process continues until the pedal is released, stopping the wrapping ring. The film tail is manually pressed to the product.
Equipment Features
The machine can accommodate film mandrels with diameters of 30, 38, or 76 mm. It offers customization options for RAL colors.

Accessories Tongue in wrapping area The tongue in the wrapping area is an aid for supporting flexible and/or short products during transfer from the infeed to the outfeed conveyor and holding them in place during the wrapping process. Manual ring height adjustment A button is used to move the wrapping ring height in relation to the conveying level to ensure uniform film tension and therefore a high wrapping quality during the wrapping process. The ring height adjustment is advisable for large height differences in the products.
