Construction and Operation:
The RainCollector RS is constructed from UV-resistant polypropylene, suitable for tropical sunlight. It filters roof runoff directly in the downpipe, separating coarse materials and fine pollutants. The Gentle Gravity Filtering technology ensures no obstruction in the downpipe, maintaining full water flow even during heavy rainfall. The unit fits 110 mm round pipes, with adaptations available for smaller or square pipes.

Field of Application:
Ideal for pitched roofs of tiles or slate, the RainCollector RS is not recommended for asbestos or heavily soiled roofs. It is designed for direct insertion into the vertical section of a rainwater downpipe.

Construction and Mode of Operation  The RainCatcher RC is made of UV-resistant polypropylene, suitable for tropical sunlight.  The RainCollector RS filters the roof run-off water directly in the rainwater downpipe and then passes the filtered water through the outlet connection to the storage tank. The special construction of the filter is designed to separate coarse materials like leaves, moss, insects, etc. as well as fine pollutants which are washed through the downpipe to the soakaway or drain.  With a mesh size of 0.28 mm the unit can supply water suitable for washing machines, WC etc....
