Holding Cells
WireCrafters' holding cells are constructed using a woven wire panel system, typically forming a four-sided enclosure with a 3’ x 7’ hinged door and ceiling. The system can be adapted to use existing building walls and can be enhanced with heavier mesh, tamperproof hardware, and larger steel frames for increased security. Locks include standard mortise cylinder locks, deadbolt styles, and high-security concealed locks. Optional benches with handcuff rails are available for prisoner lockdown.

System Specifications
The partition system uses standard panels and posts, with panels available in heights of four or five feet and lengths from one to ten feet. Posts are available in heights of 8’, 10’, and 12’. The system includes all necessary assembly hardware and can be configured with ceilings.

Gear Storage
WireCrafters offers storage lockers in single or double-tier styles, with or without doors, for individual gear storage. The lockers are constructed with 10 gauge carbon steel wire and framed with steel angles. They are suitable for various applications, including tactical gear and equipment storage.

Secured Storage
The system is ideal for creating secured storage areas for evidence rooms, munitions storage, office archives, and more. It includes a range of door options, including hinged, dutch, and sliding doors, and can be expanded or reconfigured as needed.

Standards and Specifications
Panels are made of 10 gauge steel wire with a 2” x 1” mesh, welded to a steel angle frame. Posts are constructed from steel tubing with base plates for floor anchoring. Doors are similarly constructed with additional stiffeners for strength. All hardware is included, and non-plated parts are finished with gray acrylic enamel.

HARDWARE All erection hardware is supplied. Panel mounting hardware is 3/8 standard thread grade two plated fasteners. Floor anchors are 3/8Ԕ wedge type. FINISH DOORS Nonplated parts receive one coat of gray acrylic enamel. Touch up paint is included with each order. Other colors are available request our color chart.
