WireCrafters provides a range of protective railing systems designed for industrial environments to safeguard people, machinery, and property from accidents involving moving equipment. The systems include GuardRail, MezzaRail®, and HandRail, each offering unique features and benefits.
GuardRail System
The GuardRail system is designed to protect in-plant traffic areas. It is available in Single or Double Rail styles, with columns made from structural steel tubing. The system is easy to install with bolt-together components and includes floor anchors. Rail lengths range from 2’ to 10’, with custom lengths available. Options include Rail Lift-Out kits and offset columns.
MezzaRail® System
The MezzaRail® 420 Rail System combines handrails with woven wire partitions, providing enhanced protection without additional rails. It meets BOCA and OSHA standards for load resistance. The system includes hinged, sliding, and lift-out gates for access and is easy to install with bolt connections. It features a mesh barrier to prevent objects from falling through.
HandRail System
The System 22 HandRail is versatile for use as aisle way, machine guard rail, or mezzanine rail. It is constructed from square steel tubing and designed for easy assembly with standard tools. The system includes optional kickplates and can be customized for different lengths.
Specifications
- GuardRail: Columns are made of 4” square steel tubing with 10” base plates. Rails are formed from 11-gauge steel with standard lengths available. All parts receive a yellow enamel finish.
- MezzaRail®: Panels are constructed with a steel angle frame and woven wire mesh. Posts are made of 2” square steel tubing. The system is designed for easy installation with standard hardware.
- HandRail: Constructed of 2” square steel tubing with 14-gauge inserts. Includes floor sockets and kickplates. All parts are finished with yellow enamel.
Installation and Options
Installation requires technical assistance to determine proper anchorage. Options for each system include various mounting and configuration choices to suit specific project needs.
