TR Series CNC Roll Bending Production Roll bending machines built by Winton have been designed for production. Whether your application involves forming copper coils for refrigeration or bending multi-radius curves in a single work piece, Winton’s standard two-axis controller will form an infinite number of part configurations. The TR20V roll bender can bend precision coils in both the clockwise and counter clockwise directions. Precision The position of the ram cylinder is controlled to within .002 inches. The roll drive uses a high resolution encoder to ensure repeatable roll moves to within ± 0.1º. The closed loop feedback controls on both the ram and roll drives ensure that every part is consistent; part to part and lot to lot. The TR20H is shown with an optional payoff and a straightener. Durability The linear slide that guides the ram stage is supported by re-circulating linear ball bearings. All spindles on the roll drive assembly are supported by heavy duty sealed ball bearings. These bearings add to the strength and durability of the bender, ensuring that your machine will have a long and productive life. All TR Series roll benders can form both multiple radii in a single work piece as well as form precision coils coming off of a bulk spool. Winton also builds rectangular coil forming machines. Simplicity The user interface allows for quick and easy adjustments of both the ram and roll drive. A user can call up a stored program and start making new parts in seconds.
