Winton Machine offers a series of cut-to-length machines designed for precision cutting of parts from a single blank length within a robust industrial enclosure. The product line includes three models: a high-speed saw cut (dry), a chipless type cut for tubing, and a high-speed abrasive type cut for harder materials.
The operation is simplified into two steps: entering the part cut length and the quantity of parts required. A 'material low' switch alerts users to load the next blank length for continuous production. Die changes can be completed in under five minutes.
All machines come with a front guard electrically interlocked with the machine’s controller, preventing operation if not in a safe position. A CE-approved emergency stop is also included for immediate production halt if necessary.
- Sawing Applications: Suitable for semi-rigid coax cable, solid metal rod, or plastic rod using a dry type saw cut. The CTL-16 offers 20 programmable cross-feed speeds for precision cuts.
- Tubing: Can be cut using a saw or rotary chipless type process, ideal for aluminum, copper, and steel tubing.
- Hard Materials: Stainless steel tubing is best suited for an abrasive type cut, producing minimal burrs.
