It measuring range is from 0 to 36( degrees in increments of 0.1 degrees The AM75 uses a high-resolutio encoder to ensure repeatable ben angle measurements. The digita readout, displayed in large numerals updates continuously to show th real-time bend angle. Mechanical Opration bend angle. One arm is fixed and th other arm (dynamic) has two axes o motion. The dynamic arm has bot rotational and linear motion. Th rotational motion is guided by seale roller bearings and the linear motio is guided by a linear ball bearing These combined motions allow th AM75 to move quickly from one ben configuration to another while at th same time providing sensitivity fo accurate measuring. The AM75 (AngleMeister) is most often used to measure a bend angle from 0 to 185 degrees. The combined rotational and linear motion of the dynamic arm allows the AngleMeister to measure numerous bend angle configurations. A large digital display shows the real-time bend angle. Patent Pending Durability ment undergoes great deal of abuse from solvents an sliding friction due to contact w fabricated metal tubes. To ensure t AM75 stands up to unforese environments, the top surface has hardcoat anodize coating f protection. This machine is built-t last. Features/Specif ications D驩tails 1 Measuring range, bend angle 0° to 360° Accuracy < 0.05° Repeatability < 0.05° Displayed bend angle resolution 0.1° increments Top surface Hardcoat anodize Weight 35 lbs. (16 kg.) Dimensions 24" x 24" x 5" tall (609 mm x 609 mm x 127 mm) RS232 port Available for spring back calculation, optional Power input 110/220 VAC Simplicity The AM75 can be calibrated upo power up and/or at any point durin operation. To calibrate, an operato places the dynamic arm against th fixed arm and then presses the rese button on the display. This wil instantly reset the display to a ben angle of 180.0 degrees. You're now ready to inspect a bend angle. It's tha simple.
