Win-Win Waterjet Co., Ltd is cooperating with our partner company, to design a new robotic waterjet cutting workstation and provide corresponding equipment, to create the processing production line of automotive interiors (floor mats and side doors), and use a large flow intensifier pump to drive multiple robots for simultaneous cutting. According to customer habits, we use the Yaskawa robot GP 20HL model as the robot unit, which will drive a pure water cutting head to complete the operation of two cutting platforms of 3.5 meters x 1.8 meters. There are four sets of GP20 in the customer's factory. Considering the cost and occupied area, the customer decided to purchase a large-flow intensifier pump to transport high-pressure water. Pedestal type single robot arm waterjet cutting solution is developed to be specially used on 3D cutting tasks. Mainly usage is for Automotive interiors parts processing. It can process different shapes of workpieces by changing different programs. Tasks would be like Headlining, floor carpets, luggage seats. The very thin waterjet under Ultra High-Pressure, has extreme penetrating power, the speed can reach up to 200mm/s ~ 300mm/s while cutting the composite materials for car interior parts, and to headlining, this speed is up to 300mm/s ~ 500mm/s.
