Introduction
The DYNO®-MILL NPM is a cutting-edge Nano Performance Mill designed for wet ultrafine grinding and dispersion. It is developed by WAB, a leader in dispersion and grinding technology, to meet the demanding requirements of producing micron and nanometer range products.

Features
The mill features patented DYNO® Accelerators that ensure powerful hydraulic movement of grinding beads, providing high and uniform energy input. It supports continuous and discontinuous operations with stable process control using ultrafine grinding beads ranging from 0.05 to 0.2 mm. The mill is designed for long service life with nonmetallic grinding using high-quality ceramic components like SiC and ZrO2. It offers low power consumption and efficient energy input, making it suitable for heat-sensitive products.

Technical Specifications
The DYNO®-MILL NPM has a grinding chamber volume of 2.0 liters and a capacity range of 10–100 liters per hour. It operates with a grinding drive of 11.0 kW and a separator drive of 2.0 kW, using grinding beads of 0.05–0.2 mm diameter. The cooling water consumption is ≤ 1,000 liters per hour, and the unit weighs 900 kg with dimensions of 1,400x700x1,700 mm.

Materials and Maintenance
The mill uses high-strength yttria/zirconia ceramic materials and silicon carbide for wear parts, ensuring high wear resistance and long service life. It is engineered for ease of handling, with simple operation, cleaning, and maintenance. The smooth design of the grinding chamber allows for easy cleaning with minimal fluid use.

Process Control
The WAB VIEW process control system ensures easy operation and reproducibility of results. It allows monitoring of all process parameters and is extendible for data acquisition and process control via product temperature or power input.
