Specifications:
The PRO-WEA wind speed sensor measures wind speeds ranging from 0.5 to 60 m/s with an accuracy of ±0.3 m/s for speeds ≤ 10 m/s and ±0.5 m/s for speeds up to 60 m/s. It has a resolution of 0.1 m/s and a starting value of 0.5 m/s. The output is 4...20 mA corresponding to 0...60 m/s, with an update rate of 4 Hz. The sensor operates in temperatures from -40 to +70 °C and can withstand wind gusts up to 100 m/s. It is powered by a 24 VDC supply with a heating power of 18 W to prevent blockage in cold conditions.

Design and Materials:
The sensor features a Hall Sensor Array for non-contact measurement and is constructed from seawater-resistant aluminium with a special surface and a 3-armed cup rotor. The housing is IP 65 rated in an upright position and includes an M12 cable-plug connection.

Accessories:
Optional accessories include a 12 m sensor cable, a traverse for sensor distance of 75 cm, a mast adapter for 50 mm diameter, and a lightning rod.
