Testing Conditions
All tests were conducted using water at 305 meters (1,000 feet) above sea level with a 0.3 meter (1 foot) suction lift on the pump inlet. Metal wetted path and ADS were used, with measurements taken using a thermal mass air flow meter and a calibrated load cell for fluid measurement.

Competitive Testing Results

For 51mm (2”) pumps, Wilden PX8 showed significant SCFM savings compared to competitors ARO® and Warren Rupp®.
At EMS setting 2.0, Wilden achieved 53 gpm at 28.1 SCFM, saving 16% SCFM compared to ARO®.
At EMS setting 2.8, Wilden achieved 72 gpm at 39.5 SCFM, saving 33% SCFM compared to Warren Rupp®.
For higher flow rates, Wilden PX8 at EMS setting 3.3 achieved 160 gpm at 94.0 SCFM, saving 22% SCFM compared to ARO®.
At EMS setting 2.5, Wilden achieved 131 gpm at 63.3 SCFM, saving 55% SCFM compared to Warren Rupp®.
