Intelligent transmitter (iT) accessories The Intelligent Transmitter series of vibration transmitters, vibration alarms, and communication modules can be used to implement online vibration monitoring and simplified machinery monitoring and alarming. 4-20 mA output can be sent directly to the facility’s existing PLC or DCS for the most cost effective continuous vibration monitoring. Some of the most common processes to benefit from iT products are pharmaceutical, food and beverage, brewing, water and wastewater, petrochemical, pulp and paper, and power generation facilities. TBUS connectors TBUS connectors are used to connect an iT Transmitter module to an adjacent alarm or communications module on the DIN-rail. The connection is needed in order to transfer data between iT100/200/300 series and iT400/500 series modules. TBUS extenders Extenders are used to gain access to the TBUS lines of a module. They are used with standalone iT401 modules. They are the only means of supplying power to an iT401 when not coupled to an iT transmitter or another iT401.
