uiheelobfotor A Norican Technology Technical Data Automatic & compact peening system The CNC MP 2TR4 machine has been designed for peening and blasting complex rotary components associated with the aerospace and automotive industries. Its main feature is the virtual elimination of down time due to the advanced component handling system. In addition, the machine offers a high level of flexibility with several standard arrangements available, enabling customers to adapt the machine to suit their own requirements. Features • Shot peening or surface preparation for a wide range of components • Maximum component size: 400mm diameter x 600mm height; max weight: 80kg • One rotating table on both sides of the rotary door allowing loading while peening. Sealing of the door achieved by inflatable seal. • Several options available depending on process requirement: suction or pressure system, closed loop regulation for shot flow and air pressure • Pitless pneumatic recovery allowing quick media change over. Optional screening unit, shape classifier. • Fanuc Powermate, Siemens 810D or Num 1040 CNC • X, Z nozzle manipulators Optional features • Pneumatic counter head clamping device for long parts • Component holder equipped with rotating grippers • Component holder driven by NC motor for continuous rotation or indexing • Nozzle manipulator equipped with palm movement • Supervision software with PC and printer for maintenance and quality purposes • Two revolving tables (diam. 120mm) on both sides of the door to increase productivity
