Flexible peening cell for shafts and gears The CFX 400 LC peening cell is an efficient gear peening machine designed specifically to meet automotive manufacturers' costsaving and qualityrequirements. Specifically built for shot peening geared shafts, this machine offers an excellent level of reliability and low operating costs. The installation is unique in that a variety of different workpieces can be treated, each utilising its own dedicated part holder and specific programme recipe to control the NC nozzle manipulators. The flexible use of various masks ensures the protection of areas which should not be treated. Complete control and regulation of peening/blasting parameters Component tooling system mounted on both sides of the revolving door allowing loading/unloading while peening.
