Product description Maia is a single embedded low cost wireless M-Bus RF Module, which contains a complete OMS stack to OMS 3.x or 4.x specification with encryption mode 5 and mode 7 with Security profile A and B (for BSI application). The software enables a quick setup of meter (Tx) or gateway (Rx) applications to the OMS specification. The stack is prequalified by the OMS group and includes all OMS layers separated from the data inside the Application Layer (ALL). That means only the application data needs to be created by yourself. The rest of the complete wMBus / OMS frame is created by the wM-Bus / OMS stack.
