Operation

The valve is a spring-biased blocking valve that allows full flow from port ① to ② when the pressure at ① exceeds the cumulative pressure of ③ plus the bias spring pressure. If there is no pressure at ③, flow is allowed from ① to ② once the bias spring force is overcome by the pressure at ①.
