Visual Level Indicators (VLI) Plastic & Top of Tank Series
- Plastic Thread Series: Includes types made from PVDF, PP, and PVC with operating pressures ranging from 2.5 to 10 bar and maximum temperatures of 60°C to 140°C.
- Plastic Flange Series: Similar materials and specifications as the thread series, with flange connections.
- Top of Tank Series: Includes PVDF, PP, PVC, and 316/316L materials, with varying pressure and temperature limits, up to 400°C for 316/316L.
- PTFE/PFA Series: Designed for higher pressures (up to 20 bar) and temperatures (up to 200°C).
- Minimum medium density required is 0.75 g/cm³ for most types, with the PTFE/PFA series requiring 0.6 g/cm³.
- Design pressures and temperatures are specified for each type, ensuring safe operation within these limits.
- Float chambers and floats are made from materials like PVDF, PP, PVC, and 316/316L, depending on the series.
- Indication rails are available in Makrolon and aluminum with red flaps for visibility.
- Various connection types are available, including female threads and flanges with standard diameters and pressure ratings.
