Curing Time: 90% cure in approximately 24 hours; full diffusion of residual solvent may take up to 8 weeks
Minimum Processing Temperature: +5 °C

Instructions for Use: Surfaces must be dry, dust-free, and grease-free. Use COSMO CL-300.150 for cleaning. Apply adhesive as a bead on one side, fit and press workpieces within the open time. Bonded joints are loadable after 16 hours, with full hardening up to 8 weeks. For oversized profiles, use COSMO SL-660.200 for extended open time. Avoid exposure to temperatures above +25 °C for one week post-bonding to prevent bubbles.

Important Instructions: Only trained personnel should use this product. It is not suitable for bonding pressure tubes. Users must conduct self-tests due to varying application conditions. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet for more information.

Cleaning: Use COSMO CL-300.120 for fresh adhesive. Hardened adhesive can be removed from metallic surfaces by peeling and from PVC profiles using a scraper.

Storage: Store in original, hermetically sealed packages at +15 °C to +25 °C, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 24 months in unopened packaging, with viscosity increasing over time.

Packaging: Available in aluminium membrane tubes with a net weight of 200 g. Other packaging options are available upon request.

For this purpose we recommend COSMO CL-300.150. The cleaning cloths must be lint-free and may not stain. The adhesive is applied on one side of the bonding surfaces as a bead (serpentinous).
