Technical Data: The adhesive is based on a 1-C-humidity-cross-linking silane-terminated polymer, with a density of approximately 1.61 g/cm³ and a Shore hardness of about 74 Shore A. It has a viscosity of approximately 1,200,000 mPa.s and a breaking elongation of about 130%. The skin formation time is around 9 minutes, with a curing speed of 4 mm in 24 hours and a full curing time of 7 days. It operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +100°C, with temporary resistance up to +200°C.

Processing Instructions: The adhesive and substrates should be processed at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C. The tensile shear strength is approximately 3.0 N/mm². Surfaces must be dry, dust-free, and grease-free. Pre-treatment with activators or primers may be necessary for certain materials.

Bonding Instructions: Apply the adhesive as a bead on one side. For non-absorbing materials, spray water finely onto the adhesive. Fit and press the workpieces within the skinning time. Ensure metal surfaces are clean and protected against corrosion.

Important Instructions: Only trained personnel should use this product. Follow specific technical regulations for mirror and PVC bonding. The product's performance data are general guidelines and not warranties.

Cleaning and Storage: Fresh adhesive can be cleaned with COSMO® CL-300.150, while cured adhesive requires mechanical removal. Store in a dry place at +15°C to +25°C, with a shelf life of 12 months in unopened packaging.
