Instructions for Use: Surfaces must be dry and free from dust and grease. The adhesive should be applied to one side and the pieces pressed together immediately. Curing is influenced by ambient conditions and material characteristics. For thicker joints, an accelerator (COSMO SP-860.120) is recommended. Certain materials like silicon and polyolefins require pretreatment with a primer (COSMO SP-840.110).

Cleaning: Fresh adhesive can be removed with COSMO CL-300.150, while cured adhesive requires mechanical removal.

Storage: Store in original packaging, tightly closed, in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Optimal storage temperature is between 2°C and 8°C. The shelf life is 6 months at 15°C to 25°C, with viscosity increasing and reactivity decreasing over time.

Packaging: Available in PE bottles of 20 g, 50 g, and 500 g. Other sizes available upon request.

Accessories: Includes CA-capillaries (COSMO SP-810.110), CA-accelerator (COSMO SP-860.120), and CA-primer for polyolefins (COSMO SP-840.110).

Technical Data Sheet Cyanoacrylate - Fast-Setting Adhesive Instructions for use The surfaces of the workpieces to be bonded must be dry, and free from dust and grease. Apply the adhesive from the trading unit or by means of a CA-dosing unit onto one side.
