Functional hardness is achieved in approximately 20 seconds for EPDM/EPDM and 100 seconds for Alu/Alu. It can bridge gaps up to 0.1 mm and cures in about 16 hours at 20°C and 50% relative humidity.

Instructions for Use: Surfaces must be dry and free from dust and grease. The adhesive should be applied to one side and the pieces pressed together immediately. Curing is influenced by ambient conditions and material characteristics. For thicker joints, an accelerator (COSMO SP-860.120) can be used. Pre-treatment with a primer (COSMO SP-840.110) is necessary for certain materials like silicon and polyolefins.

Important Instructions: Only trained personnel should use the product. The technical data provided are general guidelines and not a warranty. Users should conduct their own tests to determine suitability for specific applications.

Cleaning: Fresh adhesive can be removed with COSMO CL-300.150, while cured adhesive requires mechanical removal.

Storage: Store in tightly closed original packaging, in a dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally between +2°C and +8°C. The shelf life is 6 months at temperatures between +15°C and +25°C.

Packaging: Available in PE bottles of 20 g, 50 g, and 500 g. Other sizes are available upon request.

Accessories: Includes COSMO SP-860.120 (CA-accelerator) and COSMO SP-840.110 (CA-primer for polyolefins).
