1. Begin with rough, medium, and fine grinding using SKORPIO Flap Discs.
2. Prepare the surface with SKORPIO SuperFinish Flap Discs.
3. Thoroughly clean the surface.
4. Polish with SKORPIO Special Polishing Disc and appropriate polishing paste to achieve desired quality, ensuring to clean between stages.

Note: Use SKORPIO polishing products with only one quality (color) of paste.

• Polishing Discs: Available in dimensions 115x22 mm and 125x22 mm, with peripheral speeds of 5-20 m/s and RPMs ranging from 760 to 3300.
• Polishing Felts: Sizes range from 40x15x6 mm to 80x15x6 mm, with RPMs from 1200 to 9600.
• Polishing Wheels: Sizes range from 100x15x13 mm to 180x15x13 mm, with RPMs from 530 to 3800.
• Polishing Pastes: Dialux green for polishing (140 g), Dialux white for high gloss polishing (125 g), and Dialux blue for super-finish (120 g).
