BOND Vitrified bond Resinoid bond The main components of vitrified bonds are clays, kaolin, feldspar, frits and other ingredients. During the burn- ing in ceramic kilns the components are partly fused and sintered. They also interact and during cooling they change into a state similar to glass or porcelain.
