Profession Sheet AGRI-FOOD INDUSTRY CLEANING & DISINFECTION Issues linked to the cleaning and disinfection of production facilities is of key importance in the agrifood industry. These operations are conducted to eliminate dirt as well as to prevent contaminations of microbiological and chemical origin.
