YT-800 Industrial heavy-duty cleaning YT-800 is a remote-controlled submersible robot developed for cleaning large surfaces underwater. The YT-800 can clean various submerged surfaces such as sand filters (slow filter), infiltration basins, or the bottom of large water reservoirs, without having to empty it. One application of YT-800 is the cleaning of sand filters. Traditional cleaning, using tracked crawler loaders and trucks, is expensive, and the filter has to be put out of production and completely drained. YT800 cleans while the filter remains in production. The YT-800 removes the algae and sediments from the filter surface. This will lower the cost of cleaning and avoid losses in production or distribution capacity in the reservoir. Description The Weda Robotics YT-800 is remote-controlled using a handheld radio control and can easily be operated by only one person. It can be equipped with underwater cameras to enable the operator to run the machine from a distance. It can for example, be possible to run the machine from inside an operating room.
