YT-600 Industrial heavy-duty cleaning YT-600 is a remote-controlled vehicle for sediment/silt (sludge) removal in all sorts of reservoirs. The powerful on-board submersible pump and a wide nozzle allow for efficient cleaning of large bottom surfaces. The sediment is pumped through a hose to a selected discharge point or to a filter. The YT-600 is used today in various industrial applications, from mines and desalination plants to cooling tower tanks. Both the pump and the nozzle can easily be dismantled at the site for easy handling and transportation. The possibility of changing the pump capacity and other pump/nozzle configurations is possible on request. Description One operator easily handles the YT-600. It can be equipped with cameras and lamps to facilitate remote operation from a maintenance vehicle or a control room. Using YT-600 decreases the cleaning costs and does not disturb the water distribution. YT-600 has only electrical motors and uses no dangerous oils or chemicals that may damage the reservoir. YT-600 is delivered in the standard version with a 1.5-kilowatt pump and a 630 mm broad nozzle with built-in fixed brushes. Alternative pumps and nozzle designs can be delivered on request.
