Compacts Industrial Burners - Rubpack Series

Product catalog summary
General Information
Rubpack series burners are compact gas burners designed for air heating processes in industrial applications. They operate by mixing gas and air in the nozzle, ensuring a stable flame across a wide range of conditions. These burners are available in two versions: with an integral combustion air blower or for use with an external blower. They can utilize various gases such as natural gas, methane, propane, and butane. Key features include stable direct ignition without a pilot flame, a short flame with a large diameter, and easy installation and maintenance.
Applications
Rubpack burners are suitable for air heating processes, ovens, dryers, and other industrial uses. They are effective in systems with significant under atmospheric pressure and can be installed in cross air flow conditions. Common applications include painting ovens, paper and textile dryers, food industries, toasters, kilns, cereal dryers, incinerators, and air heating in chambers or ducts.
Technical Data
The Rubpack series includes models RBK 170, RBK 200, and RBK 300, with varying capacities and specifications. They support both natural gas and LPG, with static pressures of 20 or 160 mbar for natural gas and 28 or 80 mbar for LPG. The burners have a wide range of nominal capacities, from 50,000 to 4,000,000 Kcal/h, depending on the model. Motors are available in both mono-phase and three-phase configurations, with different horsepower ratings for 50Hz and 60Hz frequencies.
Design and Construction
The burners feature direct ignition without a pilot, a large diameter and short flame, an aluminum body, and a stainless steel AISI 304 burner outlet. They also include a flame sight glass for monitoring. The general dimensions of the burners vary by model, with specific measurements provided for each.
Components
Key components of the Rubpack burners include a spark rod, flame sensor rod, flame sight glass, air damper, gas pressure test point, air pressure test point, combustion air blower, electric motor, and an optional damper shaft.

Compacts Industrial Burners - Rubpack Series -1

GENERAL INFORMATION Rubpack are a very compact model of packed gas burners. They are ideally suited for air heating process. They work upon a mix of gas and air in the nozzle. The nozzle has been designed for general air heating in industrial process. Gas goes through the nozzle along the axis of the air diffuser cone, where the combustion air is progressive tangentially mixed with the gas. As a result, there is a wide turndown that arrive to 50 :1 in gas and 8 :1 in air. So the flame is very stable in all its range under a great variety of firing conditions. These burners are available in two basic versions: 1) packed with integral combustion air blower, or 2) for use with external blower (for example, one air supply system for several burners). APPLICATIONS FREQUENT APPLICATIONS Can be used with natural gas, methane, propane, butane, or many others combustion gases. Air heating process, ovens, dryer, for industrial general uses. They are applied in combustions chambers as ducted with external blower. They are ideally suited to operate in systems with strong under manometer pressure. In many cases can be installed in a cross air flow condition Painting ovens, paper and textile dryers, food industries, toasters, kiln, cereal dryers, incinerators, burner of flue gas, air heating in chambers or ducts, etc. No flame backward. Perfect stable over all its firing range. Stable direct ignition without pilot flame. Short flame with large diameter. Easy installing and maintenance. Can be installed in system with very important under atmospheric pressure. ADVANTADGES > . Can be supplied with gas or gas/air manual or automated regulating systems. Automated system allows two firing mode or totally modulating stoichiometric or point to point regulation. Are manufactured with or without combustion air blower or gas ramp. The combustion sleeve is refractory stainless steel made, and can operate up to 650C > A.Borghi size="-2">
