Ameghino 1877 - (1407) Capital Federal / Argentina Tel./Fax: (0054-11) 4682-9114 - 4683-5233 www.rubcar-borghi.com.ar / [email protected] Borghi-Jet Gas Burners GENERA APPLICATIONS Single nozzles for pressurized furnaces The “Borghi-Jet” automatic burners have been designed to meet general heat generation requirements, and they are suited for pressurized-furnace boiler applications, heat- or heated-air generators, rotary ovens for bread baking, radiating pipes, submersed pipes for fluid heating, etc. These burners include automatic valves, pressure switches, filters, flame controllers, and pressure gauges, thus providing accurate and permanent safety control. They can be custom-built to include motor-driven modulation systems to enable working with 135 or 0- to 10V-signals. Our experience in the development of combustion equipment guarantees the flame performance of the “Borghi-Jet” system. The burner includes a single-block-type body, entirely built of aluminum (or forged plates for small models), and they include a securing flange for ease of installation in any type of chamber. The ventilator includes a multiple-type statically- and dynamically-balanced fin, thus providing the highest performance with low noise emissions. The motor is directly connected to the body through a securing flange. The flame-holding nozzle is entirely made of stainless steel.
