Product catalog summary
Technical Specifications
The MJ3 Series burners are designed for use with natural gas, LPG, or a combination of both. They produce short flames that remain close to the plates, with a maximum flame length of 600 mm at low gas pressure. These burners operate efficiently with duct air velocities of 30 m/s and offer capacities ranging from 30,000 Kcal/h to 15,000,000 Kcal/h. They are capable of modulation and produce low NOx and CO emissions.

Advantages
The MJ3 Series does not require combustion chambers and is designed for stable operation at various air-circulation velocities. It offers a broad range of flame modulations at constant air flow, with a minimum rating of 4% at full capacity. The burners are easy to install, require minimal clearances, and are suitable for both existing and new installations. They ensure consistent temperatures and enable up to 100% process-air re-circulation. The system achieves 100% combustion without CO emission, producing only CO2 and H2O.

Construction Features
The burners are constructed from cast tubular or cast iron, with refracting screens made of refracting steel. For corrosive processes, the burner body is made of refracting steel. The design allows for various configurations, including T- or cross-shaped, 90° elbows, or straight bodies. Installation is facilitated by flanges or "plug" systems, and the burners include fans for air generation.

Safety Systems
The MJ3 combustion systems incorporate automatic systems and control devices for safety, enabling shutdown in cases of low air pressure, high or low gas pressure, false flame, or no flame. A purge cycle is initiated for system pre-ventilation. All models comply with Chapter VII of the Industrial Gas Regulations.

Typical Applications
The MJ3 Series is suitable for a wide range of applications, including general drying processes, air heating and conditioning, food cooking, dehydration, polymer and plastic curing, gas and fume burning, spray drying, and more. It is also used in industries such as ceramics, textiles, and printing.

Control Systems
The MJ3 systems offer various control features, including ON-OFF, HIGH-LOW FIRE, and MODULATION. Custom-built control panels can optimize process development.

General Use
MJ3 burners are ideal for baking systems, dryers, and direct process air heating or conditioning systems requiring aldehyde- and carbon monoxide-free air. They perform well in smoke and particle incineration, eliminating stack flue gas pollutants, and can be used in combustion chambers or ducts.
