No special tools, fittings or sealants are required to install these drain tubes, they are simply handtightened to the T&P valve discharge. Series 100DT Drain Tubes can be used on gas, electric or oil fired water heaters to safely drain water discharged from the heater’s temperature & pressure relief valve.
