High Pressure Compressed Air Purification

High Pressure Compressed Air Purification

Product catalog summary
Overview: The document details the Parker domnick hunter high pressure compressed air purification system, designed to provide continuous clean, oil-free, and dry compressed air. It highlights the importance of removing moisture to prevent issues such as pressure drops, blocked valves, and equipment failure.
System Specifications: The system operates at a maximum working pressure of 276 bar g and is suitable for use in various environments, including naval applications. It complies with ISO8573-1 standards for air quality and features fully automatic operation, corrosion protection, and shock testing.
Benefits: Key benefits include efficient water vapor removal, improved operational efficiency, reduced maintenance costs, constant dewpoint performance, and easy installation and maintenance. The system is compact and lightweight, suitable for various mounting options.
Operation Stages:
  • Stage 1: High-efficiency water separator removes bulk contamination and condensate.
  • Stage 2: Coalescing filter removes oil/water aerosols and dirt particulates.
  • Stage 3: Regenerative desiccant dryer maintains dewpoint performance.
  • Stage 4: Activated carbon filter removes remaining oil vapor.
  • Stage 5: Final particulate filter removes desiccant dust.
Technical Data: The system features particulate removal down to 1 micron, a maximum oil content of 0.003 mg/m3, and a dewpoint of -64°C. It operates at pressures between 240 and 345 bar g, with an inlet capacity of 84 cfm at 276 bar g. The system supports 110V and 240V power options.
