Pressure Sensitive Adhesives: Suitable for temperatures up to 300°F, with easy-to-remove protective cover.
Factory Vulcanization: Best method for fixing heaters to surfaces, suitable for high temperatures and pressures.
Mechanical Fasteners: Include eyelets with lacing cords, Velcro hooks and loops, metallic fasteners with springs, and independent straps.

Silicone Barrel Heaters
Designed for pre-heating solutions in drums or pails, making them more fluid and flowable. They are easy to install and remove, durable, and flexible. Key features include a silicone rubber shell, fiberglass grid reinforcement, and a B-200 bimetal thermostat (400°F). Suitable for 120V or 240V power supplies.

Installation and Maintenance

Install barrel heaters near the bottom of vertical barrels or on the side for horizontal vessels.
Not waterproof; use only indoors to prevent water leakage into the thermostat box.
Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure safe fastening.
Power cords can withstand 220°F and must be kept away from the heater.
