Circulation heaters are composed of all in one units with a heater mounted inside an insulated tank. IMMERSION HEATERS FLANGE HEATERS OVERVIEW Flange heaters from WATTCO™ are primarily made using hairpin or bugle bent tubular elements made from copper, steel, stainless, incoloy® inconel®, or titanium sheathed elements that are welded or silver-brazed into a pipe or steel flange. Flange heaters are designed to be mounted in tanks and pressurized vessels, WATTCO™ flange heaters are used for heating liquid mediums or other specific types of liquids [water, oil, heat transfer fluid, and corrosive solutions], and for heating gases (steam, vapors etc).
