WATTCO™ flange heaters are designed for heating liquids and gases in tanks and pressurized vessels. They feature hairpin or bugle type tubular elements with Incoloy® sheathed elements, welded or silver-brazed into a pipe or steel flange. These heaters are suitable for various mediums, including water, oil, heat transfer fluids, and corrosive solutions.
- Standard sizes range from ½” to 42” with diameters of 0.260” to 0.625”.
- Available in copper, steel, or stainless steel, with flanges in 150lb or 300lb forged steel.
- Elements can be made from Incoloy®, Inconel®, stainless steel, copper, or titanium.
- Explosion and moisture-resistant terminal enclosures are available.
- Custom sizes, wattages, and materials can be requested.
- Easy installation and maintenance.
- Suitable for high kilowatt output applications.

Specify quantity, catalogue number, voltage, phase, wattage, material to be heated, medium type, control types, container metal/alloy, and any extra features. Inform if heaters are for steam-pressured applications.
