We know the finest details are important, so each bay is temperature controlled, guaranteeing consistent and stable conditions for the construction and testing of your machine. Our team of fully trained engineers and technicians can guide you through comprehensive CAD/CAM operator and maintenance training, in our education centre, before taking delivery of your machine.

Our 5 Axis machines are perfectly suited for single head cutting of high 3D component parts. The 5 Axis cutting head has a working range from 0 to 90 degrees and can rotate up to 360 degrees. WATER JET SWEDEN | PRODUCT GUIDE LARGE MACHINES Our comprehensive range of large machines is unrivalled within the waterjet market. With bed lengths starting from 6m up to 20m, a variety of configurations are available. The models shown include a NC60150 Duplex BevelJet (6500mm x 15500mm) and a NC40180 Triple (4000mm x 18000mm). All large machines can be equipped with our Zone Dividing that allows the safe loading and working of material, in either the front or rear zone, while the machine is cutting. This greatly increases machine productivity and reduces your cost per part.

WATER JET SWEDEN | PRODUCT GUIDE CNC CONTROL WITH LINEAR DRIVES MACHINE OPTIONS LASER POINTER DRILLING UNIT This greatly reduces the set up time by allowing the setting of the zero point. Simply positioning the laser pointer over the desired position and pressing the reset button, will ensure the cutting head automatically compensates and moves to this position. Automatic drill units are available and recommended when normal piercing causes delamination on sensitive materials.
