The WASTEMASTER® TSF V01 is a compact plant designed for the mechanical pre-treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater. It performs solids-liquid separation, compaction, de-watering of solids, sedimentation, sand lifting, and de-greasing (TSF 3 only).
Process Description
The wastewater enters through an inlet pipe and undergoes several processes:
- Solids-liquid separation, compaction, and de-watering of solids larger than screen slots.
- Sedimentation, lifting, and de-watering of sand.
- Grease flotation and removal (TSF 3 only).

Technical Specifications
- Indicative flow rate: 360 m3/h with sand removal efficiency of >90% for TSF 2-3 100 N and 75-85% for TSF 2-3 100 R.
- Material bulk density for sand: 2.6 - 2.65 t/m3 with a diameter of >200 μm.
Dimensions
Various models are available with dimensions ranging from TSF 10 to TSF 150, accommodating different site requirements.

The WASTEMASTER® TSF Compact Plant consists of a screw screen, a sedimentation tank, a sand extracting screw and a grease scraper. The first phase in the waste water treatment process is mechanical pre-treatment including: • Solids-liquid separation, compaction and de-watering of solids larger in size than the screen slots; • Sedimentation, lifting and de-watering of sand; • Grease flotation and removal (TSF 3 only).
