No restrictions for export regulations thanks to the materials used: sides made of corrugated board, corner joints made of metal or plastic, base made of ESB sheets with runners or corrugated board pallets. Contrary to untreated wooden packaging, there are no restrictions on exports in the EU, Canada, USA, Mexico and Asia. Untreated wood can carry vermin and therefore must be treated by a certified company for international transport. Compared to wood, the weight of the cardboard sheet is up to approx. 40% lower. MC-Liner The ultra-stable multi-layer sheet. MC-Fix The intelligent interlocking system. The ultra-stable cardboard layer sheet MC-Liner is glued in a special process (multi-cross) with a wet strength glue (certified). Corrugated channels at alternating angles help to achieve outstanding stability. The interlocking metal or plastic elements allow the MC-Box to be assembled extremely fast and form particularly strong corner joints. As no nails and metal fittings are used, no tools are required.
