Applications
Tub vibrators in the TFM model range are designed for finishing medium to large parts, with the capability to handle very large parts depending on the work bowl size. Parts are typically placed loose in the work bowl to rotate freely within the processing media. For delicate parts that risk impingement, special fixtures or dividers are used to prevent contact.

All-Purpose Machines
These machines are versatile and suitable for various applications including general deburring, heavy-duty radiusing, surface smoothing, polishing, de-greasing, surface cleaning, pickling, descaling, and derusting.

Specifications
The TFM tub vibrators come with different drive power options for standard and ball burnishing versions, with lining thickness ranging from 10mm to 25mm and usable volume from 15 liters to 3,300 liters. The machines are equipped with one or two vibratory motors, depending on the work bowl length, and offer variable speed options.

Design and Features
The TFM tub vibrators feature a U-shaped cross-sectional work bowl profile with straight walls for easy loading of large components. An optional triangular wedge can be added for improved rotation of the part/media mass. The machines are cost-effective, with a sturdy design and competitive pricing.

Drive System
The vibratory energy is generated by standard foot-mounted vibratory motors, which are lifetime lubricated. The machines can operate at a standard speed of 1,500 RPM, with an optional variable speed range of 1,000 to 2,800 RPM.

Ball Burnishing and Pressure Deburring
Smaller TFM models are suitable for ball burnishing and pressure deburring with steel media. These versions have reinforced work bowls, higher drive power vibratory motors, and acid-resistant linings and paint.
