BF-HL HOT AIR BELT DRIERS TROWAL HOT AIR BELT DRIERS Model range BF-HL APPLICATIONS After „trowalizing“ the finished work pieces are usually wet and must be dried before they can be further processed. The Trowal BF-HL belt driers are using hot air for this drying process. Belt driers are ideal for handling • delicate work pieces that must not tumble over each other during the drying process • work pieces with narrow holes (e.g. drilled holes) where drying media might get lodged • for long and voluminous work pieces THAT’S HOW BF-HL DRIERS WORK The finished, wet parts are placed on a fine mesh steel belt and transported through a drying tunnel where they are exposed to hot air that is constantly recirculated with a special blower. This ensures an even temperature throughout the complete drying tunnel.
