The tangential rolling tool is mounted with the adapter on the tool carrier, e.g. turret disc. It moves with a constant feed onto the rotating workpiece. It is available in stationary and rotating design. The stationary tapping head is connected to the tool carrier, e.g. turret, via a tool holder.
