Overview
The WAFIOS N 90 is a high-performance wire nail machine designed for the economical production of both custom and standard nails. It features a length measuring device for precise centering and clock-pulse controlled ejection suitable for large nail containers.

Direct In-Line Options
The machine supports various in-line options including thread-rolling, traying, and packing machines, eliminating the need for conveyor belts, containers, hoppers, and bowls.

Tools and Equipment
The N 90 utilizes quick tool change equipment and tungsten carbide tools that do not require rework, resulting in low tool costs. Standard tools are widely available from multiple suppliers.

Design Features
The machine boasts an efficiency of 800 pins per minute with a consistently high output rate. It includes a pressing station with a highly dynamic short stroke for mass production and various in-line possibilities for producing pallet nails with spiral or ring groove profiles.

Machine Structure
The N 90 features a highly precise chisel infeed for tight length tolerances, a cross transport system for exact positioning of blanks, and a short-stroke pressing station for preliminary upsetting of the centric nail head.

Quality, Reliability, and Efficiency
The machine produces precise, ready-to-install wire nails free from oil and cutting waste. It operates with noise emission values under 80 dB(A) due to closed sound protection hoods. The mechanical control of the machine cycle ensures a long lifetime and high reliability.
