Resistors Tubular resistors PT 1000 www.jovyatlas.de www.jovyatlas.de www.jovyatlas.de Resistors of type PT 1000 are tube resistors with copper nickel wire wrapped on a ceramic tube. The housing is made of galvanised sheet metal. Cables, terminal boxes or adjustable clips are optional available. In order to adapt the PT-series resistances ideally to pulse load, specific simulation techniques are used to calculate the increase of temperature during loading. In order to the simulation results the PT 1000 resistors were dimensioned customized for any pulsation shape. To achieve higher power ratings several tube resistors could be combined in modular design whereby versatile applications are possible.
