JST frequency converter

Product catalog summary
Overview: The document provides detailed information about the JST series of frequency converters manufactured by JOVYATLAS. These converters are designed for transforming mains frequency into customer-desired frequencies, offering solutions for both single-phase and three-phase outputs.
Specifications: The JST frequency converters are available in power ranges from 10 to 20 kVA for single-phase output and 10 to 600 kVA for three-phase output. They operate at standard frequencies of 50 Hz and 60 Hz, with a voltage tolerance of ±5%. The converters feature a high efficiency of 92% to 96% and are equipped with a 6-pulse rectifier bridge and LC filtering. They also include an RS-232 interface for monitoring and an RS-485 interface for remote display.
Design and Features: The converters are compact, service-friendly, and designed for easy operation with a menu-driven display. They include a robust mechanical design suitable for challenging conditions and feature an intelligent control system with microprocessor integration for early error detection. The IGBT technology ensures high plant efficiency, and the systems meet European standards for RFI and electromagnetic compatibility.
Applications: The JST series is suitable for use in testing laboratories due to its flexible settings for output voltage and frequency. The converters are also customizable to meet specific client needs, offering options such as parallel redundancy, custom reports, and higher protection classes.
Technical Data: The document lists various models of the JST series, detailing their power capacities, dimensions, and weights. For example, the JST FC-10/1 model has a power capacity of 10 kVA, dimensions of 450 x 1200 x 670 mm, and a weight of 100 kg.
Conclusion: JOVYATLAS's JST frequency converters provide a reliable and efficient solution for frequency conversion needs, with a focus on flexibility, customization, and compliance with industry standards.

As a standard product, we offer the systems JST with frequencies of 50 Hz and 60 Hz. Frequency converters of the JST-series offer the optimal solution for the transformation of the mains frequency into a frequency desired by the customer. Low operating costs, compact design and high efficiency are characteristical for these systems. A comfortable monitoring and diagnostic system provides every necessary information about the operating status of the system. The clearly arranged control panel makes it easy to operate the systems and offers a simple adjustment of the displays and operating conditions via a menu-driven display. By a simple text display the measured values, alarm and status messages are displayed on LCD. The robust mechanical design enables use even under difficult operating conditions. In addition to an excellent sine wave the UPC systems from JOVYATLAS have an optimal control behavior, even at a 100% load change. The frequency of the series JST are constructed in a service-friendly way: all main components are accessible from the front panel with a few simple steps. The intelligent control system with an integrated microprocessor and the latest digital technology enable early error detection and high interference safety. The IGBT technology of the final stages provides a high plant efficiency of 92% - 96%. Frequency converters of the series JST have a 6-pulse rectifier bridge with a switch-on peak limiter and an LC filtering as standard. A PFC -rectifier is optionally available for controlling module. The excellent single-phase voltage regulation ensures even under extreme unbalanced load the full proper functioning of the device. The systems are equipped with an RS-232 interface for monitoring and an RS-485 interface for parallel remote display. Of course, the frequency converters of the JST series are meeting Europe‘s current standards for system reactions, RFI and electromagnetic compatibility. The frequency converters JST are systems with true online double conversion technology. For sure we would be happy to modify the systems of the type JST customized and work out an individual tailored offer to the specific needs of our clients. We provide a variety of options, for example parallel redundancy of equipment, relay board with four standard reports, custom reports on the relay card, remote display, higher protection classes, customized cabinet design etc.. The static frequency converter series FU JST are often used in testing laboratories: the possibility of variable settings, corresponding to the individual (laboratory) needed output voltage and frequency, enables highly flexible and effective work.
