Magnetic Sensors
The WDG(I) encoders, including models WDG40, WDG50, and WDGI58, have been enhanced with magnetic sensors using M35 and N35 circuits. These encoders are designed for measuring positions and speeds in harsh industrial conditions, prioritizing robustness over precision.

Design and Durability
Magnetic incremental encoders are more resistant to shock and vibration due to the elimination of sensitive components like glass discs and LED lenses. The WDGI58D variant supports maximum bearing loads of 500 N in both axial and radial directions, ensuring long service life and low maintenance costs.

Production Process
The encoders are programmed and calibrated semi-automatically, streamlining the manufacturing process and ensuring high-quality production even in large quantities.
