VERY STABLE CUTTING AND LONG SERVICE LIFE The VB bandsaw machines have a welded base frame for maximum stability: • Saw always has the required tension. • Does not deviate from the intended cutting line. • Thanks to a robust frame, the machine can perform operations at a constant, higher pressure. Small (clean) cuts can be removed with the Short Product Removal System (SPRS). Profiles with a weight of a few tonnes or long lengths at the outfeed can easily be sorted at different sections of the roller conveyors and cross transports. SHORT PRODUCT REMOVAL SYSTEM (SPRS) The VB range can be equipped with an automatic short product removal system (SPRS). • Sawn and small products can be removed automatically. • The automation level is increased. • Products up to 1400 mm are clamped during cutting and transported sideways by the removal system. • Clean cuts and small products shorter than 250 mm are placed in a separate tray. The SPRS is available in combination with a feeder truck measuring system.
